Before using our 24 Hour Telephone Banking Service, be sure to have your account number(s) handy Also have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. You will receive instructions on how to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you will know.

The following options are available while using the 24 Hour Telephone Banking Service:

Press 1 - Account Information

Press 2 - Transfer Funds

Press 6 - Receive information on our telephone banking service

 If you selected the account type menu, you will be prompted to enter your PIN, followed by the pound (#) key

 

ACCOUNT TYPE MENU

You will then have access to the following options: 

Press 1 - Checking account information

Press 2 - Savings account information

Press 3 - Certificate of Deposit account information

Press 4 - Loan information

Press * - Go back to Main Menu

 Once you have determined your selection based upon the ACCOUNT TYPE MENU, simply press the corresponding number on your telephone. You will receive information based upon your choice as follows:

CHECKING ACCOUNT MENU

Press 2 - Date and amount of last deposit

Press 3 - Interest rate information

Press 4 - Specific check number inquiry

Press 5 - List the last five transactions

Press 6 - Change your PIN

Current value, next interest pay date and amount, and maturity date, then

Press 1 - Replay the CD information

The following information Will be played: Last payment received date and amount, the next payment date and amount, the maturity date, the account balance, and the payoff as of last posting date.

Press 1 - Replay

Press 2 - Change your PIN

TRANSFER FUNDS MENU

If you selected the TRANSFER FUNDS MENU, you will be prompted for your PIN, followed by the pound (#) key 

Transfer from account options

Press 1 - Checking

Press 2 - Savings

Press * - Return to the previous menu

Transfer to account options

Press 1 - Checking

Press 2 - Savings

Press 3 - Loan payment

Press * - Return to the previous menu

Follow the instructions to enter your account numbers. Then enter the appropriate dollar amount in dollars and cents followed by the pound (#) sign. ($10.00 should be entered 1000#)

The system will repeat the amount .

Press 1 - if the amount is correct.

Press  * to cancel and start over with the transfer.

Pressing the * key moves you back one menu. Pressing the # key serves as the enter key and must be used when entering any sequence of numbers, such as a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or account number.

 Pressing the 9 key will replay the information just accessed.

 To speak with a bank representative during banking hours, press the * key through each menu until you have reached the MAIN MENU. Then select option 4. This will dial the main bank office.

Is there any charge for using this service? 

NO. It’s absolutely FREE. We are pleased to offer this to you, our customers, for your convenience. We understand that you may have questions concerning your accounts and that you can’t always call during our regular business hours. Our Telephone Banking Service is available for your use 24 hours a day 

Can anyone call this number and get information on my account?

 NO. There is a PIN required to gain access to account information. We will issue a PIN for your use upon your request. It will be necessary for you to change this PIN the first time you call in. This will ensure that your PIN is secure for your use only.  Your PIN must be 4 digits long.

What happens if I forget my PIN?

Come in and request that your PIN be reactivated. Any of our customer service staff can help. You will be reactivated with a bank-issued PIN. Note:    It will be necessary for you to change your PIN the first time you call in.

Does this mean I can no longer call in to get information on my account, or speak to customer service?

NO. Your call or inquiries are always welcome, anytime. Telephone Banking Service is for your convenience. If you prefer talking to someone in our bookkeeping or customer service department, we encourage you to call.  We are here to serve you, as always
